Nobody has perfect information, and very few people even have solid networks of cross-industry relationships. This is why it is necessary to use an intermediary to act as a bridge between reputable investors and good investment projects. Overseas strategic investors are correct in believing that China is a project rich environment, and many are eager to expand their investment presence in the PRC. At the same time, Chinese enterprises and the Government of PRC also would like to co-establish a communication platform with foreign venture capital and private equity foundations. IFC-CCIIP was established on August 29, 2007. Most initiators are overseas foreign venture capitals and private equity foundations that have invested in China actively recent years. IIC is one of the initiators.

IFC-CCIIP will serve as a valuable tool to initiate conversation between investors, government, and corporations.

IFC-CCIIP will hold a nationwide meeting for companies and investors periodically each year. A regular event, which is named “Discover China, Invest in China and Enter into One City”, will be held in some major cities across China each year. We welcome your participation.
