Mr. Browne graduated from EmoryUniversity. He is a number of American Chamber of Commerce Beijing (AMCHAM) committees. Mr. Browne worked for a Beijing-based investment holding company，where was responsible for investment business in china. Mr Beulen graduated from BrunelUniversity, he majored in Economics and Business Finance. He subsequently earned a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Chinese and Economics from the University of Cambridge. Mr Beulen worked at Sisu Capital, a London-based hedge fund, where he was responsible for merger-arbitrage, capital restructuring, investment analyses, risk assessment and financial modeling and devising. He was involved in the capital restructuring of the state-owned enterprises. He was the only Western member of an advisory team to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). In that role he was responsible for advising the Commission on future growth strategies for its assets. He is a good mandarin speaker.

Mr. Williams served as sole Legal Counsel for Exxon Mobil Corporation in China. After leaving Exxon Mobil Corporation, Mr. Williams served as Managing Partner of a U. S. law firm’s China practice, where he concentrated on mergers and acquisitions and strategic investment. Mr. Williams was a former General Counsel of the American Chamber of Commerce in the People’s Republic of China, Trustee of the U.S. – China Legal Cooperation Fund and Co-Chair of the Public Policy Development Committee, (China area).
